1. About us

ABY Elite Cleaning Services is a sole-trader business operating from Orpington, Kent, providing domestic and commercial cleaning across Orpington, Bromley and Greater London.

2. These terms

By submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they form the contract between you and ABY Elite Cleaning Services.

3. Quotes and bookings

  • Quotes are free of charge and given in good faith based on the information you provide.
  • A quote becomes a confirmed booking only once we've agreed a date and time in writing (email or message).
  • We may revise a quote if the actual scope of work materially differs from what was described at the time of the original quote.

4. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on the day the cleaning is completed.
  • Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and cash. Other methods may be available by prior arrangement.
  • Late payments may incur a reasonable late-payment charge in line with UK statutory rates for commercial customers.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking, so we can offer the slot to another customer.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed price to cover lost work.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (illness, severe weather, safety concerns). In that case any deposit is refunded in full.

6. Access & utilities

You're responsible for providing safe access to the premises, running water and working electricity for the agreed duration of the clean. If we are unable to start work due to lack of access, the cancellation terms above will apply.

7. Our service

  • We agree to provide our cleaning services with reasonable care and skill, in line with the scope described in your quote.
  • We use professional cleaning products and equipment. If you require specific products to be used or avoided (e.g. allergies, pets, eco-friendly preferences), please tell us when booking.
  • Please secure or move any valuable, fragile or sentimental items before our visit so they can be protected during cleaning.

8. Complaints & re-clean

If you're not satisfied with any part of our work, please tell us within 24 hours of the clean. We'll do our best to put things right, including re-cleaning the affected area free of charge where reasonable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single booking is limited to the price paid for that booking. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Reviews & feedback

Reviews submitted via our website are moderated before publication. By submitting a review you confirm it's your genuine opinion and grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on our website. You can ask us to remove your review at any time by emailing us.

11. Data protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
