ABY Elite Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") is a sole-trader business providing domestic and commercial cleaning services in Orpington, Kent and the surrounding Greater London area.

When you contact us through this website we collect:

• Phone number
• Email address
• The service you're interested in and the type of property
• Your preferred date (if provided)
• Any message you choose to send us

If you submit a review via /recommendations, we additionally collect your star rating and feedback.

We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data and we do not require an account or password to use the website as a customer.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To arrange and deliver the cleaning services you've requested
• To keep an internal record of enquiries and bookings
• To display approved reviews on our website (only after you submit them on our reviews page)

We do not sell your personal data, share it with marketing networks, or use it for automated decision-making.

Under UK GDPR our lawful bases for processing your data are:

• Consent — you actively submit your details via our forms.
• Legitimate interests — replying to enquiries and keeping enquiry records to operate the business.

Enquiries and quotes are retained for up to 24 months. Records of paid services are retained for 6 years for HMRC purposes. Reviews remain published until you ask us to remove them.

• MongoDB Atlas — secure database storage.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
